Castel del Monte is a World Heritage Site. Built by Frederick II of Swabia, emperor of the Holy Roman Empire, in the 13th century, it is located at 542 meters above sea level in the heart of the Alta Murgia Park .We will have an historical and detailed guided tour of the castle and after a relaxing break we will head to our second destination, the charming town of Trani.Trani offers another scenic UNESCO site with its spectacular cathedral. We will have a walk on the marina and will visit the unique old town and the Jewish museum.Last but not least a wine tour at tan exclusive winery, sipping the best wines of this area.
