You will learn how to clean and prepare locally sourced shrimp, squid, baby octopus, cod and "moscardini" which are small fish. You will make the batter and drop the seafood into hot oil and learn how to fry, serve and garnish the dish you have prepared. Enjoy a selection of local cheeses and cold cuts to start and try local organic wines to complement the meal you have prepared.
