Enjoy an aperativo whilst you wait for your dough to rise and prepare your topping and fillings.The most common fillings for Panzerotti , which is a typical Puglian street food, are tomato and mozzarella, mozzarella and ham or salami, or provolone cheese and anchovies. Cook your pizza and foccacia in our outdoor, wood fired pizza oven, deep fry your panzarotti. Enjoy your dishes with a selection of crudeties and salad and a glass or more, of beer or wine. This course takes place in the Puglian counrtyside, outside of Ostuni.
